By registering your child with Firefields Gymnastics Club, you agree to the following:

Supervision & Attendance

Parents/guardians must remain on site until their child has been signed into the class by a coach. Once signed in, responsibility for the child transfers to the coaching staff for the duration of the session. Children must be collected promptly at the end of their session.

Participation & Risk

All gymnastics and circus activities involve a degree of physical risk. While every effort is made to ensure a safe and controlled environment, participation is at the parent/guardian’s own risk and injuries may occur despite proper supervision and coaching.

Medical Information & Emergency Care

Parents/guardians must provide accurate medical and emergency contact information at the time of registration. In the event of an emergency, you consent to appropriate first aid being given and, if necessary, emergency services being contacted.

Independent Gymnastics Association (IGA)

All participants must hold a valid Independent Gymnastics Association (IGA) membership after their trial session in order to continue attending classes. This is required for insurance purposes and must remain active whilst attending the club.

Behaviour & Conduct

We expect all children to behave respectfully towards coaches and other participants. Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session. Coaching staff decisions regarding safety are final.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings are secured in advance. Missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Trial sessions and class places are subject to availability.

Photography & Media

Photographs and videos may be taken during sessions for coaching, safeguarding, and promotional purposes (including social media and marketing).

At registration, parents/guardians can opt out of promotional photography via the consent checkbox. This preference is recorded on our system and displayed on class registers for coaches to follow at all times.

If you choose to opt out, your child will not be included in any promotional images or videos.
