Our Holiday Camp is a fun 3-hour session for children aged 5 years and above, combining gymnastics, parkour and circus skills in an active and enjoyable environment. Each session begins with a warm-up and gymnastics activities, followed by a short snack break, then a mixture of parkour and/or circus skills for the second part of the session. Children should bring a small drink and snack for the break. What to wear: Comfortable clothing suitable for movement No zips, buckles or jewellery Hair tied back if long These sessions are suitable for both existing members and new customers, so beginners are very welcome. If the weather is good, we may even go out on to the grass for some floor based circus fun 🤹‍♀️🎪🤹‍♀️
